I loved the first Castaway though it did have the loveliness that is ben fogle on

I'm disappointed it's only 3 months, that's not proper commitment, i mean they can take that as holiday from their existing lives, but in 2000 it was a big decision to move yourself (and sometimes your family) away from everything you knwo for a whole year.

So far Al doesn't seem as much as a sad git as the tabloids have been making him out to be. Francie could get overwhelming very quickly. Erica seems alright and Jonathan is living up rather well to the 'resident wanker' tag.

I hate Claire already, anyone who describes themself as Trendy really isn't... Jason isn't what I expected from what the tabloids have been saying, but it didn't take him long to start talking about himself in great detail! Alisdair is going to get a short sharp shock. First candidate for trying to leg it?

Hassan - Another one who hasn't really made an impact.

Gemma - Has tried to be a bit controversial but it's fallen flat. Seems to not want to mix much and deliberately trying to stroppy over silly things.

Wendie - Blimey her children are little shits. I hope she enjoys her 'me' time!

Cripes, I completely forgot to watch it. Friday evening's always kind of hectic. I suppose it was kind of an itroduction of the castaways, with a look at the selection process? Just checked the Guide, and the island experience 'starts' on Sunday, but that clashed with '24' and 'Gray's Anatomy' (what happened to Sunday being a day of rest?). It will be repeated on Monday, at 7pm, on BBC3, so i'll probably catch it then.
