I remember reading about this a couple of years ago. I can't remember anything about it except that Patrick McGoohan was going to be in it (and may also have been involved in the writing and direction as well).
Personally, I would like to see it made, just to see what they did with it, because the series hardly reached a conclusion (not one that made sense anyhow!). After all Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me worked. (I think it did anyway, it's been years since I saw it!)
The story with number six running the village (would that be as No. 2 or No. 1?) sounds like a pretty cool idea.
If they do make a film I think Iron Maiden should do the soundtrack to it!
By the way, I've still not seen the Avengers movie, but I want to cos despite what the whole world says I think it looks cool.
