It's disgusting
'kay, so I'm out buying my lunch a few minutes ago and I need something to drink. I look on the shelves and I'm bored with lemonade and not in the mood for Coke. I see a can of Red Bull, which I've never tried before, and I decide to see what the fuss is about.
And it's disgusting. Almost undrinkable. It stinks as well. Bleugh
So I want to know: anyone here actually like this stuff and want to tell me WHY?

Diet Dr Pepper is much nicer!! All the taste and none of the sugar. I like Red Bull but I can't drink it - the amount of caffeine in it gives me a tingly itchy nose and drives me mad

I hate Dr Pepper but I love the Dr Pepper adverts..the one with the dad and the boyfriend wrestling has me in stitches everytime.
While we're on the subject of old juices..does anyone remember Tab Clear...I used to love that stuff

I *love* Red Bull on its own actually 
But try not to drink too much of it! 
As for vile drinks... can you say root beer????

Well, Red bull has killed over 6 people in the usa alone, because it causes extreme dehydration in the body. thats why altho when mixed with vodka it gets rid of the repellent taste it also accelerates the feeling of awfulness in the morning. Loads of people drink it when they exersise and it can cause heart attacks because of the high amount of caffeine and taurine.
So not really a pleasant drink, as well as it tasting a bit like gone off sherbert.
As to Dr Pepper, this is not a drink to me but more a life giving blessing! its absolutly gorgeous and in tests does not rot metal like coke does.

Never tried Red Bull - after reading this thread I'm staying well clear of it too!
Yup, I remember Tab Clear - it was big time YUCK!! Only tried it once and that was enough!
Dr Pepper - now I always though that would be horrible - and for some reason peppery (I know, how lame is that!), but I only drink fizzy pop, not tea or coffee, and when I was at a friends in the summer, it was the only fizzy drink she had to offer, so I tried it - and I actually really like it - I do prefer the diet version though!!
Best drink for me, is just plain old iced tap water 'lol'
And alcohol - what's that???

Gonna fall out with you... Dr P is great! It's my fizzy beverage of choice!
Red Bull is alright, but not the nicest, I love dandelion & burdock and cream soda, but mmmmmmmmmmmmmCherry Coooooooke...

Okay, now I'm convinced there is something wrong with me as far as alcohol is concerned!
I've just left my job after 13 years (got a promotion and am being moved to another section/building)and just spent the past 5 hours or so down the pub having all my old work buddies pouring red bull and vodka down my throat. I've had 8 or 9 of the things, plus 3 glasses of wine at lunchtime, and I'm stone cold sober! AND I feel quite tired!
I think in future I'm sticking to bacardi and diet coke or whisky and lemonade - both taste MUCH nicer and leave you much more merry!
(However, we'll see what sort of state I'm in tomorrow morning!!)

Dandelion and Burdock is totally and absolutely disgusting... and Joel adores it, along with Dr. Pepper. And i'm sorry, Cream Soda is nasty too, way too sweet (says the gal who loves ordinary coke and cherry coke).. Basically any diet drink is just plain nasty...
My drink of choice is Lilt.. i can drink gallons of the stuff ... yum
And talking about disgusting drinks, what about blue raspberryade, cherryade and pineappleade?... the first two courtesy of panda pops... the colours are enough to put you off, never mind the taste!
