Surprisingly there doesnt seem to be any one genre dominating 2007, while 2006 saw at least a dozen animal based CGI comedies, next year has one entry in all the recent genres; video game adaptions, check; Japanese Horror remake, got; comic book movies, you bet!
One name stands out in 2007, award winning comic book writer Neil Gaiman (also known for his Terry Pratchet collaboration Good Omens) has no less than three major projects coming to the screen. Coraline, Stardust and Beowulf all promise interesting viewing with not a corporate sell out among them.
Which films are you most looking forward to? Which do you think will be the sleeper hit, and which block busters will crash and burn?
